ABOUT US

ROBERT SARRASIN

Hello, my name is Robert Sarrasin. I am the owner of Waldenway Canine and Kitty Camp.

I started working at Waldenway when I was 13 years old. I started out helping with chores, feeding, and caring for the dogs. After I

completed high school I attended a grooming school in London, Ontario over the summer. I came back to work at Waldenway as a full time groomer all while still caring for the boarding dogs and cats. I eventually started taking on more responsibilities such as maintenance of the kennels and grounds and dealing with clients.

In July 2001, I purchased Waldenway Canine and Kitty Camp from the founder Gloria Delorme and since then have been working towards continuously improving Waldenway year after year.

KRISTINA

Hi, my name is Kristina. I have been working at Waldenway since 2007. Some of you may know me as the driver of the Waldenway Shuttle Van and others from seeing me in the office.

We have two cats at home; Maggie and Stinker, but I love dogs just as much. I can’t wait to spend some time with your pet soon!!

DILLON

Hi, my name is Dillon, I have been working at Waldenway since spring break of 2005. I feed and take care of the dogs along with making sure the facility is neat and tidy. Ocassionaly I can be found helping customers in the office. In

summer I love to take the dogs out to swim and play many different activities outside. I am currently a student at the Sainte-Boniface college, hoping to become a gym teacher. I have two yorkshire terriers and I love them to death. I can't wait to meet your pets!

JENNIFERS

Hi, my name is Jennifer and I started working here at Waldenway as a volunteer! I started in October of 2010. I am still in school and loves sports.

I get to go outside with the dogs and make sure they get plenty of exercise! I also do playtimes/cuddles with the dogs and in summer, the swims!!

My favourite part of working here is seeing all the different kinds of personalities your dogs have! I also love to play fetch and cuddle with them.

TAYLOR

Hi, my name is Taylor. I’ve been working here at Waldenway since the summer of 2011. I’m enrolled at Red River College for 2013 in hopes of becoming a veterinary technician.

Working at Waldenway has been one of the funnest and most rewarding experiences of my life; I have a passion for dogs and I hope to continue working here for the next few years. Here at Waldenway I feed and take care of the dogs and cats, make sure the facility is as clean as it can be, take the dogs out for walks, and I can also be found in the office. I hope to have the privilege of meeting you and your pets soon!

SAMANTHA

Hi, my name is Samantha and this is one of my pugs Franklin. I’ve been working here at Waldenway since September 2008; as much as I can while I attend university, and full time during holidays and summer.

My favourite times at work are playing with and petting the cats and dogs and taking the dogs for a swim in the pond. Sometimes I bring a dog in the staff room on my break, just to spend some extra time with them! I love all animals.

SAM

Hi, my name is Sam. I have been working at Waldenway since 2004. I am a full time student at Collège Universitaire de Saint-Boniface, so you probably don’t see me as often. I love all animals and hope to be a vet some day. Hope to see you soon!

Tanya

Hello, my name is Tanya. I have been privileged to be a part of the Waldenway team since July 2011. Some of you may have seen or heard me in the yards with my/your dogs, as I primarily work outside.

I am a happily married and mother of 3 wonderfully fun children and a French Mastiff whom I adore. I take great pride in being able to be a friend away from home for all my furry friends here at Waldenway. Sometimes being away from home for a pet is a scary ordeal, extra loving for them is my speciality. It is difficult to think of my day as work when we play, walk, cuddle and chat together.

I hope to enjoy many years at Waldenway, and I look forward to becoming friends with your pet.. See you soon.
