Dog Kennels and Cat Boarding FAQs
We are happy to answer any questions about our dog kennels, cat boarding, and pet grooming services. Here are some of the questions we get quite often.
How soon in advance should I book my pet in?
As we tend to fully book on holidays, weekends and special events through the year, we simply recommend you book your loved ones in for boarding as soon as you know your dates. We do not have a cancelation fee or policy. However, if you do need to cancel, we ask that you inform us. We would like to allow other campers to have a chance to board with us.
Can I have a tour?
Our office hours run from 8:00 am until 8:00 pm, every day of the week. Stop by at any time between our listed hours, we’d be more than happy to educate you about our facility. No appointment needed!
How far from Winnipeg is your facility?
We are located at 3161 PR 210 West, Ste. Anne, Manitoba which is just a short 10 minute drive from the south end of Winnipeg or just under 30 minutes from downtown Winnipeg.
Do you have a pick-up and drop off service from Winnipeg?
Yes, we have a shuttle offering a Pick-up and return service in case you just don’t have the time to make it yourself. Our shuttle service runs Monday – Saturday 7:30 – 10:00 am.
What are your hours of operation?
Our facility is open from 8:00 am until 8:00 pm, every day of the week.
Is there an extra fee for picking my pet up late or during your locked door hours?
No, we do not charge any early or late, check in or check out, fees. Although, any out of hour services must be approved by a staff member in advance.
Do you have gift certificates?
Gift certificates are available for purchase, please inquire with our office.
